The Aman Sveti Stefan – Luxury Resort

A fortified village dating back to the 15th century, the island of Sveti Stefan in Montenegro, is a uniquely atmospheric setting with serene views over the Adriatic Sea. The hand-restored stone buildings accommodate 51 rooms, cottages and suites on the small island, each one individually and carefully styled to showcase original details and to harmonize with the centuries of history.

The Aman Resort is complemented by the Villa Milocer. With a view on the bay the former royal summer residence is located on the mainland and is embraced on three sides by dense forests of cedar, pine and olive trees. The stone-walled manse is home to elegant suites as well as a restaurant, spa, communal “living room”, expansive meeting room and a library.

The lighting concept sensitively underlines the atmospheric setting of the luxury resort. The unique character of the historical building ensemble is accompanied by a carefully selected luminaire family and material palette. An inviting sense of warmth, intimacy and elegance is conveyed to the visitors.
